Shed:

Build an 8 x 7 ft shed for tricycles, balls and other playground equipment. It will be constructed from the ground up. It will need to have a door. The door will need hinges, a knob and lock. It needs to be painted with an approved primer and paint.


Play Structure:

The jungle gym needs to be pressure washed or cleaned by hand. Apply zinc coating to welds. The rust on the play poles need to be sanded down and then painted over with  primer and then apply an external approved paint  then finally apply a sealant . Then the slide needs to be re-waxed with wax paper or silicone spray. Also the steps and platform of the j.gym need to be painted as mentioned above.


Wall Renovation:

The playground walls need to be hand washed with cleaning supplies and rags or pressure washed to strip the dirt, then it needs to be painted  new fresh colors preferably to match the beautiful mural. If interested the kids could also have their hand prints and names on this side of the wall to show their school spirit through the playground.




Paint the Asphalt:

I will retrace the lines over the previous ones already there with brighter colors. To do this we need Asphalt based latex traffic paint and small rollers.

Preschool Activities/Exercise Website:

I want to stay connected to this project after I leave. So I want to set up a website with exercise videos for kids just to keep them active with and without the new playground. I also would love to have crafts and fun  projects that parents and kids can work  on together at the website.  Anyone will be able to share and post ideas or craft ideas right to the website as well. Along with pictures or things that go on in the daily life of a preschooler.
